Lenny Jacoby is a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner at Midland Medical Specialists. Lenny has over 15 years’ experience in nephrology nursing and has worked at Royal Perth Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital and currently works at St John of God Midland Hospital. She is passionate about slowing disease progression in chronic kidney disease and ensuring patients are well informed and educated about their renal replacement therapy options.
Lenny is an elected Board Director for the Renal Society of Australasia. She chairs the Finance Committee and regularly contributes to working groups within the RSA.
