Dr. Jee Kong obtained his medical qualifications from Flinders University of South Australia and is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He holds dual specialist qualifications in General Medicine and Gastroenterology.
His current appointments are at St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals accepting both public and private referrals, Royal Perth Hospital including the Statewide Manometry Service and Northam Hospital.
Dr. Kong is experienced in investigating and managing a wide range of acute and chronic gastroenterology and hepatology conditions. He has a particular interest in oesophageal function testing (manometry and pH studies) and hepatology, as well a broad interest in all gastroenterology disorders.

Dr. Kong is accredited to perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (CCRTGE) and receives referrals for direct access endoscopy including for colorectal cancer screening
