Dr Hooi-Ling Si

Consultant Gastroenterologist

Dr Hooi‑Ling graduated from the University of Auckland and completed her Basic Physician Training and Gastroenterology Advanced Training in Western Australia. She subsequently undertook a Clinical Hepatology Fellowship at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland, followed by an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Western Australia.

She is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist practising at St John of God Public and Private Hospitals, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). She is also a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) and is accredited to perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (CCRTGE).

Her special interests and expertise include the diagnosis and management of liver diseases, extending to general gastroenterological conditions. She also provides endoscopic services through direct‑access endoscopy, including bowel cancer screening and surveillance procedures.

Dr Hooi‑Ling is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay.
